The hotel is located not far from the centre of Zell am See and the lake (350m), in a distance of only 50 meters to the ski lift Ebenbergbahn and of 100 meters to the City Express. It is possible to ski directly to the hotel. The ski bus stop is 200 meters away from the hotel.

Junior Suite Type 2: 25-30 sqm, for 2-3 pax, view to the village;

Junior Suite Type 3: 25-30 sqm, for 2-3 pax, lake view;

Suite Type 4: 33 sqm, for 2-4 pax, bedroom (DBL) and little separate living room, separate WC, 2 balconies, view to the village and the lake. All rooms are possible for TWIN bedding. In 2009 all rooms have been renovated.
