The Val di Fassa valley, well known to Russian skiers, is located in the north-east of the administrative area of Trentino, 185 km from Venice, 190 km from Verona and 170 km from Austria's Innsbruck. In the valley of Val di Fassa there are five main resort villages, not counting Moena: Vigo di Fassa, Pozza di Fassa, Campitello, Canazei and Alba di Canazei (Penia). In total, the valley has about three hundred hotels and boarding houses, and the number of places for guests exceeds 50,000.
The ski area of Val di Fassa is one of the best in Italy in terms of level of hotels, technical equipment and quality of service. There are well-known schools in which highly qualified instructors work. The prices for services are low, and the opportunities for a diversified holiday are extensive. In the Val di Fassa valley there are 60 modern lifts and 220 km of well-groomed tracks, of which 32% are blue, 60% are red, 24% are black. There are also 8 ski schools for adults and children, where 250 instructors, including Russian speakers, work. The four ski areas of the Val di Fassa valley are linked by ski bus routes and a single ski pass, the DolomitiSuperski, which allows you to ride in any of the twelve resorts in the Dolomites.
