The resort is located 1,5 km outside of the small, ancient characteristic fishing village Sampieri. The port of Pozzallo (where the boats to Malta leave) is only 4km from the resort. A private road (950m) through natural green area leads directly to the private fine white sandy beach. A shuttle service brings the guests free of charge every 10 minutes (09:00-19:00) to the beach.

The resort accommodates 150 rooms in several cottages embedded in a green park of 6 hectares.
