The hotel is located at about 75 km drive away from the city of Sofia, 125 km from Plovdiv, in the center of the resort, 50 m away from the first station of the ski lift (funicular) Yastrebets, the 4-chair lift “Martinovi baraki” and “Sitnyakovo express”. The residence “Tzarska Bistritsa”, which is open for visitors, is located at 500 m away from the hotel.

The hotel was built in 2005.

The hotel consists of one 8-storey and one 3-storey building, connected with a warm corridor, located among centuries-old pine trees.

In the 3-storey building there are 32 rooms:

-        standard double rooms (max. 2+1 Ad., 13 m2)

In the 8-storey building there are 70 rooms:

-         studios (bedroom with a kitchenette, max. 2+1 Ad., 18 m2)

-         apartments (bedroom and living room with kitchenette, separated with door, max. 2+2 Ad., 40 m2)
