The hotel is located at about 75 km drive away from the city of Sofia, 125 km away from Plovdiv, right in the center of the resort, facing the ski slopes, 200 m away from the first station of the gondola lift, 50 m away from the 4-seats chairlift "Martinovi baraki" and 50 m away from the 4-seats chairlift "Sitnyakovo Express".

The hotel was built in 1986, the last renovation was done in 2001.

The hotel consists of one nine-storey building:

-        257 twin rooms (twin beds, max. 2+1 Ad., 15 m2)

-        266 studios (twin beds and bunk beds, max. 2 +2 Ad., 20 m2)

There are facilities for disabled guests.
